1. What ages is this doll recommended for?
   Our dolls are recommended for girls ages 3 and up, including doll collectors of all ages. They're designed for everyday hugging, carrying, and imaginative play.
2. Can the doll's hair get wet? How do I wash and style it?
   The 18" Bella's hair can be washed, wet, and restyled. We don't recommend wetting the plush dolls' hair since the dolls are made of fabric, but it can be styled dry.
3. Is the doll safe for young children? What is it made of? Yes. The plush dolls are made from soft, sustainable fabric. The 18" Bella is made with a smooth vinyl body, head, and limbs. All materials are safe, non-toxic, and hypoallergenic. As with any toy, adult supervision is recommended for children under 3.
4. Are the doll's clothes removable and washable? Most doll outfits are removable so girls can dress and restyle them. A few pieces, like Imara's tutu, are fixed as part of her look. Check the product description for your specific doll to see what's removable.
5. What's included when I buy this doll? Every doll comes dressed in her outfit. Select dolls, like Bella and the Imara Ballerina Book Set, also include a companion book. Bella's 18" packaging doubles as a doll bedroom for extra pretend play.
6. What's the difference between the plush dolls and the 18" Bella?The plush dolls are soft, lightweight, and made for carrying along and everyday play, with hair that can be styled. The 18" Bella doll has a vinyl body with more lifelike, poseable features and washable hair, and includes a book of affirmations.
7.  Does buying this doll donate one to a girl in need? Yes. For every doll purchased, we donate one to a girl in need through our Dollsgiving program, delivered through shelters, foster care organizations, and community partners. 8. I don't have a specific girl to buy a doll for. Can I give one to a girl in need instead? Yes. Visit our Gift-A-Doll page to purchase a doll that goes directly to a girl in need through one of our shelter, foster care, or community partners.
9. What is your return policy? If you're not fully satisfied, you can return your doll within 15 days in the original packaging, unused and in new condition, for a 100% refund of the product price (excluding shipping and handling)

All orders shipping to a United States address receive free shipping when your shopping cart equals $60 or more, after any applicable discounts.

Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing. Once your order is processed,  it will be ship from our warehouse in Atlanta. Free Delivery Confirmation is included with each shipped package. Once shipped, delivery of U.S. package(s) should occur within 3-5 business days unless there are other circumstances such as holiday rush etc.

International package(s) ship via USPS Priority International or UPS and should arrive in approximately 6-15 business days after your order has processed. International orders aren't eligible for free shipping at this time.

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS POLICY

1) The purchaser is responsible for providing the correct mailing address. Before finalizing your order, be certain your shipping address is correct. 

2)  We are not responsible for goods delivered to the wrong address input at the time of ordering. 

3) If you happen to notice that you entered the wrong address, you can email us at hello@beautifulcurlyme.com or chat with us live and we will do our best to update, however, we cannot guarantee that this will occur especially if the warehouse is already processing the order. 

4) Once your shipping label is created, we will not be responsible for the incorrect address & the subsequent delivery.

RETURNED TO SENDER POLICY

1). If a package is returned to Beautiful Curly Me due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by a customer, or if the Shipping Carrier required the customer to be home at the time of delivery and the customer was not home for delivery, the customer will be responsible for the cost of Beautiful Curly Me to reship the package back to them, as well as, any additional delivery cost.

2). Beautiful Curly Me is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by a customer.

3). No refunds will be provided if any part of the address is incorrect.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGE POLICY

If your package is lost or stolen, we are so sorry to hear that! Please see below:

1). Beautiful Curly Me is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have a confirmed delivery to the address entered for an order.

2). Upon customer inquiry, Beautiful Curly Me will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, as well as, tracking & shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate. 

3). If after the customer has directly contacted the carrier, and the carrier is unable to locate the missing package, please contact us at hello@beautifulcurlyme.com with the case number provided from the carrier and we will further assist.

ORDER UPDATES AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Once an order is placed, it is final and cannot be modified or canceled. If your order has not yet shipped, we may be able to accommodate address updates or cancellations upon request, but this is not guaranteed. Once shipped, orders must be received before any returns can be processed.
