Part-Time Education Sales Manager - Beautiful Curly Me
- Location: 100% Remote
- Hours: Part-Time Contract, 20 hours average

Beautiful Curly Me is seeking a strategic and hands-on Education Sales Manager to drive our preschool and elementary school sales.The best candidate will have contacts, experience and a proven track record of delivering results in this space. You must be a self-starter and be able to execute at both a tactical and strategic level with strong attention to detail. You are as confident on the phone as you are in person and also don’t mind speaking with clients and prospects via video conference and/or in person.
Essential Job Duties:
- Responsible for generating new business through strategic sales outreach to sell Beautiful Curly Me dolls, books and puzzles to pre-schools and elementary(k-2) schools nationwide.
- Be key in the development of our sales organization, informing structure and strategy through suggestions and feedback.
- Work closely with the COO to inform sales strategy with the objective of driving business volume through sales to schools, districts and other adjacent organizations.
- Identify key business prospects, decision makers and generate a targeted lead list
- Outbound prospecting via targeted calling, email, and marketing campaigns
- Timely follow through with all leads for purposes of sales closures over the phone, in-office, and during external engagements.
- 3-5+ years of Educational Sales Experience. Proven track record of success in sales performance to K-12 schools and districts. With emphasis on preschools and elementary schools (PreK-2nd grade).
- Comprehensive understanding of the school sales cycle and landscape.
- Strong business acumen and proficient use of business tools; possesses strategic and critical thinking capabilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
